My room was clean, quiet and adequate for my needs. The full breakfast is a definite plus and the location was good for my transportation needs.

This property isn’t super well maintained and potentially has bed bugs problems.

Il y a un ascenseur qui monte au 7 e étage et je suis bloqué à l’intérieur pendant plus de 15 minutes et la porte s’ouvre enfin au 4 étage et je pris l’escalier qui me renvoie a une porte de secours qui s’ouvre à l’extérieur de l’hôtel et je marche plus de 5 minutes pour revenir à l’hôtel. J’ai expliqué mes péripéties à une manager ( une fille noir blanc américaine) , elle étais très mal élevé et ne voulait même pas m’entendre. Elle n’a pas même dit désolé, au contraire elle utilisait des mots grossièreté envers moi. Très mauvaise expérience. Si vous voulez bloqué à l’intérieur d’un ascenseur , va la bas. Il pas d’escalier pour aller au 7 étage. Je ne vous recommande pas. Très stressé bloqué à l’intérieur d’un ascenseur pendant plus de 15 minutes et le staff n’ pas compris l’enjeu.

Absolutely no parking at the hotel and when coming in late at night and having to find parking and pay, walk back for the cost just was not what we had in mind.

The property was rather lacking. Upon arrival, the receptionist sent me to a dirty room, then switched me. On the second day, I was sick, and a different receptionist was very helpful in finding an urgent care near the hotel.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was pleasant. There is no parking at the facility. You have to park off-site.

The staff were wonderful. The nighttime male staff was funny had a great laugh great places to say for World Cup activities overall great.

Do Not Stay Here. First, they say they are of the convention center...it is at least 3 blocks away with other, nicer hotels around. No parking means you park 2 blocks away, but have to do a circle around the block to get there. Then, parking is an additional $38 for overnight, but add $5 if you drive anything other than a small car. They let the public hang out in the lobby and would rather talk to them than laying guests. At 9pm they lock the front door and you can only enter with a key card. I feel like them letting anyone in during the day (mind you, no restaurant or bar inside) sets up the need for that. And the room had a regular window that looked into some kind of room that had footprints leading right up to the window. That window also faced your safe. Multiple customers said they were either scammed at parking or felt unsafe at the hotel. We stayed less than 2 hours, just long enough for quick showers and left. Tried to complain but was never acknowledged at the desk. Was only able to say I wasn't staying, that I would be checking out before they started ignoring me. Of course, no type of refund given, even though Hotels.com tried to get me something.

Very clean and peaceful place to stay

The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was nice each morning. The downside is the location. There is a rough part of Philadelphia and a nice part of town. The hotel is on the border between them. The parking is across Vine Ave which is a short walk and has in and out privileges, but at night, is a bit daunting.
