It was a nice place. Very hard to put on makeup without a hand mirror. Loved the rooftop bars.

The room was not what I booked. The pictures are not true. Small no balcony… The pictures showed balcony and nice room… I got small room no balcony, no river front view…Noise all night from the street ..

The parking valet was missing much of the time. Need to make him stay put.

Room was not at all like the one Expedia showed us when booking. Arrived to the room to find trash on the window sill, items broken in the bathroom, and filthy floors. Room also smelled overwhelming like mildew

Room was fine. Bathroom clean. Furniture is dated. Drawers do not stay shut. Table wobbles. No mini fridge. Love the ice water dispenser.

Good experience staying at this hotel for one night; there was a burning smell in the hallway near my room and the front desk and staff showed concern and worked to try to figure it out

Pillows are too soft, mattress cover too hot and the cleaning lady needs to wear eyeglasses and turn on the lights when cleaning the room. Good location.

Our room was great and the beds were comfortable. The bar on the top floor was nice and the views were great. It was very convenient to everything.

Beautiful hotel in a historic building. Great locations I would like to have had a microwave and a mini fridge.
