Friendly, helpful staff. Clean and very quiet. Restaurant and bar food very good. Great location. The only downsides are the dim lighting throughout and somewhat ‘tired’ decor.

We had a fabulous stay…the staff was excellent and so nice and helpful…Miho even researched good vegan restaurants for me. Grant gave us so much good information for our visit in Brisbane and to other parts of Australia. And to stay in a historical heritage hotel is very special. Plus the location is great! Walked to the Botanical Gardens and hopped on the City Cat water ferries (cost 50 cents!) to get anywhere in the city. Wonderful stay!

Glorious old dame whose best years are behind her but I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Lovely high ceilings, comfy bed and modern bathroom. Lots of care and attention throughout. Recommended!
