A small but charming hotel i Marylebone, north of Oxford Street and below Regents Park. Nice area with several local restaurants on the corner of the block. The one next door seemed really popular for brunch since there was a line of guests waiting for a table on the Sunday. The room and the bathroom was small but neat. Everything you needed was there.

The staff were excellent. Ensuite bathroom was lovely.

From arrival to departure the staff were all helpful and nothing was any trouble. The air conditioning in our room has been our saviour over the past 2 days. Walking distance to many attractions and most importantly The Palladium. 100% recommend this hotel.

Excellent stay at this hotel. Very clean, excellent location. I left something there and staff was helpful in locating and returning my item.

Great location, Good air conditioned room, small bathroom but clean and well maintained. Room looked a little old regarding wallpaper, therefore 4 star, not 5 star. Clean, comfortable bed and no outside noise. Could hear occasional creaking upstairs as wooden floors rather than concrete I suspect. Would stay again.

A very nice boutique hotel in the heart of London within walking distance to Regent Park and Oxford Street. The rooms and toilets are kept very clean with crispy white linen and towels. The beds are very comfy. Rooms have good air-conditioning too. English breakfast was good with plenty of choices. All the staff are very courteous and go out of the way to help. We stayed for 5 days. Initially we were given a very small room but when I complained the very next day a larger room was allocated as soon as it became available. Overall an excellent stay and will highly recommend as the cost is also reasonable for a 4* hotel in middle of Central London. Will stay again.

the staff was so nice everyone was great dropped my bags off super early and they were so fine with it :)

Staff was unhelpful. Power sockets were damaged and hanging out of the wall. Staff just stated "we do not have maintenance until next week". Room was tiny, shower barely big enough for me to get in. AC unit not powerful enough to have impact, front desk staff unfriendly when approached about that issue. Catastrophic stay, will never stay there again.
