微笑酒店 (Smile Hotel)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

The staff was unkind and service was bad with a lot of hidden fees. Bathroom smelled bad and was dirty- faucet was broken and the water leaks, not to mention there was barely any lights. The breakfast was just okay but they charged extra for it. We got charged for a dirty towel without any notice until checkout just because we left it on the floor since the water wad leaking. Overall it's a terrible experience and would not recommend this hotel.

0.5박 했습니다 실내 컨디션은 좋은데 냉장고 작음 방음은 외부에 다 들리는거 같음 샤워 필터 꼭 쓰는게 좋음 로비 입구 들어가는곳이 어둑어둑함

We stayed at Smile Hotel for 2 nights and it was a very pleasant stay. - Staff: Nice people that can speak good english; - Room: Good! We thought it would be a little bigger that it actually was but still it was very clean (they clean it everyday), and had everything you need for a comfortable stay (kettle, mini bar, hairdryer, etc. - Amenities: Great! The roof top pool is quite small but it’s nice and clean. The same for the deck area, much smaller than we thought but with some deck chairs, a table and a WC with shower (very helpful if you’re arriving before check in or leaving after check out). The Internet is also good and they have some shadow areas, so you can work at the pool, however we couldn’t find any power outlet nearby. - Location: Very good! Close to the beach (5 min walking) and to local restaurants, mini markets and stores. - Internet: Very good! The day we arrived they were having some problems with the Wi-fi but after a couple of hours the problem was solved and the internet was working perfectly. Summing up this was a 10/10.
