The staff was very efficient and cheerful. The room was spacious and quiet.

I always have the best checkin very friendly gentleman can't remember his name but wears nice jewelry, thank you for making my arrival always pleasant

We had a family suite with 5 adults and 2 children. We had 2 cars with us. The first car was $31 to park. If we wanted to park a second car there it was an additional $76 for that car alone!! We had to take the second car to a parking garage that was a 10 minute walk from the hotel. For that reason alone I will not stay in this hotel again.

valet was horrible. Warning! Tesla driver don't forget your key card. You will not be able to park in the property without it. We were not warned about it and when I arrived it was big ordeal. LAZ you suck. Other than that, hotel staff was amazing specially Luis

Clean room, staff was amazing and quick walk to park!

Everything was fine, it was just a very small location and room. The parking is valet only but the lot is also very small. I didn’t not like the central air because it didn’t not have an auto temperature. Otherwise the stay was fine and had all the amenities I need for a two night stay to visit Disneyland. The location was nice since it was across the street from the main entrance to the park.

Our family was going to Disneyland and this hotel gave us excellent access across the street from Disneyland. It’s next to a Denny’s and the boys enjoyed the bunk beds and the pool. The valet parking was great. We didn’t even have to park our car.

Property is very close to the main entrance of Disneyland. Rooms were clean and updated. Our only issue was the parking. We had two families but one room, so we had two cars…well only one parking came with the reservation. Would have been nice to know before booking. It doesn’t say anything about it on the listing. Nor does it say how much parking is. We were charged $37 a night for one car and the other had to park at the garden walk promenade for $25 which is a 10 min walk from the hotel. Other than that our trip was amazing.

We recently stayed at this hotel. The location is a big plus since it's close to Disneyland, making it easy to get to the parks. However, the room was much smaller than we expected, and the shower water pressure was very slow, which made showering less enjoyable. We also had a concerning experience when the staff almost lost our car key during our stay. Overall, the convenient location is great, but the small room, weak shower, and issue with our car key made our experience less than satisfactory.

The staff was helpful when we arrived- they allowed us leave our luggage before check-in time. One of our 3 rooms wasn't ready when we arrived back to check in (3-4 hours later) - we were told we would have to wait an additional 2 hours since they had to clean the carpet. We then were told we needed to wait another 45 minutes after that and they would call us when the room was ready. They never called - we had to call them. The carpet was still damp when they got in their room. They went down to get their keys & later discussed a possible adjustment for the room for the first night. The other thing to be aware of is that not all the plugs/usb outlets worked properly in our room - they didn't hold a plug/cord well enough to charge. The bathrooms were well stocked & clean - they have limited room service so read the description of what's provided. The AC was fantastic - with the warm weather we encountered it was nice to come back to a cool room. The pool area & grounds were clean. Check out was quick - but there was no note of the conversation about the one room with the cleaned carpet & a message was sent to the manager about it. We checked out & were told that a message was sent to the manager and they would email us. The only response we got was the payment being deducted from our checking account - no email prior to the closing of the bill. The best thing about this location is just that - the location to the park! Despite issue with room we'd stay again.
