芭堤雅海湾微风一号酒店 (The One Hotel Bay Breeze Pattaya)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Very convenient to get to everything everything works in the place nice pool and nice workout area.

Great

The hotel is located in a great area. Restaurants, shopping, movies, and night life entertainment is all within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and I liked the bathroom setup with the amount of counter space and roomy shower. The laundry service is also a plus with same day drop off and return. The only con I have is the room Wi-Fi and TV connectivity wasn’t the best. At least one a day there was no TV service and most days it was several times that I couldn’t watch TV.

Excellent front-office staff - Peaw Paew and the girls are attentive and get things done. The lower rating is due to the House-keeping services: Tattered towels way past useable stage still being used. Room had cobwebs which the house-keeping staff don't see. They don't replace toiletries when servicing the room, even after repeated requests. Very superficial level of cleaning and house-keeping. Most of the time they are seen lounging around in a empty guest room. These events have happened far too many times (on this trip and the last one) to ignore, so finally posting this in the review.

Great location and great staff. Easy access to everything Pattaya has to offer.

I liked the location I also enjoyed the gym and the cleanliness of the place

Carpets and couches are

The helpful staff, room cleaned daily, location was ideal I would return and book this hotel again The only minor thing was the water pressure not good, but this would not put me off at all

The room is clean and the staff are friendly. But the hallway carpet is dirty with stains. And area is not for family traveling with young children.

Room was clean and spacious, fridge was well stocked. All the staff were good but the housekeeper on my floor was exceptional...made sure I never needed to ask for anything . Anything you need is 5 minutes away...would happily stay there again.
