Property was great! Staff were very helpful. Mee, the dog, was adorable and regularly there to greet me when I returned at the end of the day. The layout of the bathroom could be improved since the toilet is positioned between the drain and the shower head meaning that the entire bathroom gets wet when you have a shower. Also the late night music on Lonely Beach street could be heard in the middle of the night with the bass loud enough to wake you. If you can deal with those two monor inconveniences, then this is a great place to stay!

Peter the host was very friendly , made me feel safe . The pool is very nice to swim after a day at the beach under the hot sun, the shades over the pool is a welcome addition ..and the garden is beautiful, so peaceful , loved the place , Grab a beer, play pool it’s a nice hang out you get to meet ppl from all parts of the world ..cheers Booked for 3 nights and added an extra 6…

Very nice guesthouse, clean rooms the owners were so lovely. Plus great shower pressure! Will come back again

I really enjoyed my stay, it is right next to a lot of the action, the area has a village community vibe & after a few days it feels like you know everyone, the owner is very nice & helpful pointing you in the right direction. The bed was very comfortable & the bar is a good place to relax. All of the staff were very friendly & the pool was nice.

Peter was very welcoming and even showed ne around to a few bars at noght, nice guy and interesting personality. The property was very nice and it is close to everything to be done in Lonely Beach. Will see you again

Great value for money, nice refreshing pool outside your room, handy for everything in lonely Beach. And friendly and helpful owners.

Horrible bedding dark brown stained the pool was unusable green and slimy. The owner was totally unhelpful and downright RUDE

Lonely Beach, Koh Chang is an interesting part of the island. If you are looking for budget accommodations and a safe and comfortable place to stay check out Carpe Diem. If you like to party, even better as around the corner it is party central - that means there will be noise. Luckily the room comes equipped with ear plugs. 3 prong plugs so easy to charge stuff up. I did like the lock up boxes in the room. Decent wifi. The pool is nice for a quick dip, it has sun shades. The bed was comfortable. We didn't need the A/C but we did use the fan. I like the added touch of the elephant artwork on the walls. The bathrooms is like a retro throw back - very random tile work. Aussie touch - check out the nail hammering table. If you are looking for high end, charming this isn't for you. Cheap and cheerful. Decent coffee. Complimentary filtered water. There's kinda of a kitchen area with a fridge - a bit random. But I'm sure you can figure it out. The palm trees on one side of the pool are nice.

Alla sera una musica assordante viene sparata dai bar che si trovano dietro la struttura con il risultato che prima delle 3 di notte non si chiude occhio Dal bagno esce un forte odore di fogna e per giunta il water e' privo di vaschetta dell'acqua In sostituzione mettono un grande bidone che dovrebbe essere pieno d'acqua il mio invece era pieno di immondizia!!! Il condizionatore faceva acqua per tutta la stanza La TV non funzionava Insomma da evitare
