Overall, our stay was good, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The lobby staff were not very friendly and did not seem very patient with international guests who, like me, were unfamiliar with the area and needed some guidance. A little more kindness and understanding would make a big difference. The air conditioning in our suite was not strong enough for such a large room, making it less comfortable than expected. The breakfast was also quite expensive for what was offered. While it was decent, I expected a better variety and overall value for the price.

We were provided with the choice of not having our room cleaned so they refunded some of our bill. The hotel was convenient to various sights. Staff were accommodating and helpful.

Great location next to the main square. Friendly staff and roomy suite. A/C was a godsend since the days were hot.

Clean, nice staff and excellent area

Regular double room was a bit small but well appointed. Comfortable bed - very clean linens and bathroom. Closet storage was generous. Great wifi. Very friendly front desk staff. Splurged on the hotel champagne breakfast buffet - worth it! Will definitely stay here again when in Dresden.

This hotel feels luxurious, even if the price is not. It is well located, the rooms are spacious, and the staff is very polite and helpful. I recommend to stay here in Dresden!

Really well located to the Square, restaurants and shopping

Everything was good. Staffs were nice but some of them were not really kind.
