The ski hotel is surrounded by untouched nature, in the forest between Pinzgau and Königsleiten. The centre of Königsleiten and the Ziller Valley ski arena are approximately 3.5 km away. The ski bus stop is located right in front of the establishment. The air-conditioned ski hotel is known for its casual atmosphere and Salzburg hospitality. The establishment consists of two connected buildings and a neighbouring house. Guests are welcomed in the lobby, which offers a 24-hour reception and a 24-hour check-out service, as well as a fireplace, a hotel safe and lift access to the upper floors.
