Giulia at the breakfast buffet was very helpful with suggestions. Reception staff helped with taxis and reservations. Location was great!! A lot of the attractions were walkable. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.👍

The staff at this hotel are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is convenient to many of the attractions in Barcelona.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Location is also very ideal

Excellent experience! Great location, very close to restaurants, shops and sights. The breakfast was good also. Staff was personable and very professional. I would stay here again!

Great experience in a great area

Great place

Clean, but not made for a family of three, and let me be the first to demand that they delete “one bedroom” from the room description. I paid for a room with one bedroom, including a queen bed and a twin bed. What we got was a queen bed and a sofa bed that took up the entire living space it was like walking on the ledge of a building, trying to get around the room. Also not convenient for taxis or Ubers. But it is just steps from the cathedral, so there’s that.

Great staff and location. Within walking distance to a lot of activities. But, it would be nice to have face cloths in the room, not just hand towels and bath towels.

The location was amazing! Right in the Gothic quarter close to the Barcelona Cathedral and close to Playa de Catalunya making it easy to get to all the sights and convenient to take the airport shuttle bus. The hotel was clean, nice decor, and well maintained. The staff were outstanding and always very welcoming and helpful with suggestions and directions. We had the breakfast only on the last day of our stay as we wanted to experience the other cafes in the area. The selection was so great that we regretted not booking the breakfast for our entire stay. Highly recommend this hotel, would definitely come back.

I did not include breakfast in our reservation and I should have since the breakfast at the hotel was excellent. The location of this hotel was right in the heart of Barcelona on a small side street; therefore, not the best for tour drop offs and pick ups. We still enjoyed the location very much. The staff was very helpful getting us transportation to the port.
