The facility was generally clean, but it is clearly showing its age. The property feels outdated and has not been well maintained. I stayed here a few years ago, and it looked much better back then. This time, the difference was immediately noticeable, and it feels like the property has deteriorated significantly due to a lack of proper maintenance.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff were well trained

For the first time I felt like we were in a Hotel in Korea. Provided A/C remote control and towels. Location is not a great place for tourists. Hotel is pretty close to the train station - around 15 minutes by taxi. Overall, we felt safe and felt comfortable. Bed is OK, could do some improvement.

일단 너무 유흥가 중심에 있습니다. 중년 나이트가;; 바로 앞에 있고 모텔 뷰 객실을 받았어요. 평일이라 방도 남을텐데 5층 방을 주시더라구요? 그건 그렇다 쳐도… 바닥이 카페트인데….. 바닥에 떡볶이인지 뭔지 빨간 국물이 떨어진 자국이 너무 보여서 더럽다 못해 불결했습니다.

Well maintained. Friendly staffs no complaints at all

No microwave or coffeemaker in the rooms. Would have appreciated a sugar free sweetener option.

It was ok. Could have been better, but it was ok. They need to offer food options beyond a mostly cold breakfast and if not, at least provide a microwave for guests to have hot meal options themselves. There is a cafe downstairs, but you can't eat the same thing every day and it would have been nice to have the option. I was here during winter so my lack of hot food options was more impactful.
