What a wonderful hotel! Our room was spacious and offered many amenities . The entire staff made us feel so welcome.. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious . We will stay here agin on our next visit to Rome. Tom and Fran Gompf

Clean, fresh, crisp, walking distance to everything, fun vibrant street several blocks down, quiet, we loved the garden suite. Great for teens, courtyard to ourselves, hidden gem in Rome. Amazing vibe and helpful staff. Great breakfast. They made us lattes every morning, courtyard back up to a gorgeous church and the birds fly in circles in the morning while the sound system quietly plays excellent music and the most fragrant smells from the flowers in the garden meet you with a breeze. Just wonderful. We walked to Colosseo in 10 mins. Best part of Rome to stay in. Also walked to Spanish Steps and fountain. Easy access to all of Rome from here and hip part of town.

We loved this small hotel with its peaceful outdoor garden and roof top in the Monti district. Within walking distance to the Colosseum and Roman Forum and other sights. Very clean, helpful staff and a large comfortable room (we had a deluxe suite). The hotel isn't cheap but we felt it was worth the price.

We cannot recommend Sentho Roma highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their warmth and professionalism truly set this hotel apart; they were incredibly accommodating, handling every request with a genuine smile and expert local knowledge. The room was an absolute highlight: spacious, thoughtfully designed, and kept in immaculate condition. It is rare to find a space that feels both luxurious and genuinely comfortable, but the housekeeping team ensures everything is sparkling clean and fresh every single day. Perhaps the best part is the location. It is perfectly situated in a central area, making it incredibly easy to explore Rome’s iconic landmarks on foot. However, despite being in the middle of everything, the hotel feels like a hidden oasis. You get all the convenience of a central stay without any of the typical city hustle and bustle. It is remarkably quiet and peaceful - the perfect place to retreat after a long day of sightseeing. If you are looking for a flawless stay in Rome with top-tier service, Sentho Roma is the place to be. We can’t wait to return!

I loved our stay here. This hotel had a very convenient location to the train station, which made getting around the other parts of Rome connected to the subway very easy. We stayed in the garden suite on the ground floor, and it was the perfect space for three of us. The south was very helpful for any questions that I had, we enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the garden, and we enjoyed the rooftop as well. I have already recommended this hotel to a friend of mine who’s going to Rome later on in the summer.

Perfect location within walking distance Colosseum, Trevi Fountain etc, train station. Lots to do, lots to see. Very quiet, quaint place to stay.

Wonderful large room. Perfect for vacation with kids. Staff was warm, friendly and wonderful.

Location and aesthetics were really fun and niche. Not a huge location so no worries about noise st night and busy hallways. Loved the breakfast in the morning !

Clean rooms, amazing service and really safe.

My suite was amazing and I really appreciated the complimentary bottles of natural and sparkling water and Nespresso pods left in my room every day. I can't praise the front desk staff enough! Extremely friendly and welcoming, and gave me excellent suggestions for dining in the area, as well as giving me directions to attractions. The B&B is in a great area - far enough from the touristy areas, but still within walking of the top attractions. Monti has great local dining and shopping options. 10 minute walk to/from Termini station - but don't let that deter you. Very safe and quiet area.
