The restaurant was a bit smaller than I expected but the rest was fantastic. Their standard rooms are very spacious and modern.

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. Our family stayed in Movenpick for a one week visit to Hanoi. The place is kept very clean, and the staff are always very accommodating and pleasant. There’s a wide variety of food to choose from during breakfast. Just outside the hotel are various convenience stores and coffee shops. There’s a restaurant in the hotel as well as outside, just one or two blocks down the streets. We’d like to thank the staff, most especially Kent, who welcomed us at arrival and was always very enthusiastic and sincerely happy to help throughout our entire stay.

Hotel did not feel like 5 star as Google said. Rooms feel basic, dated and I found dust all over my room.

We stayed at Mövenpick Living West Hanoi and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Breakfast at the Lounge restaurant has been a highlight of our stay. The chef GIULIA has been incredibly accommodating who tailored to our dietary requirements, providing exceptional service with warm hospitality and great attention to detail. Also, the chocolate hour was really nice too.

it was in the city center. there were many group tourists in the hotel. the morning buffet has limited selection of food.
