We stayed 17 nights in the bedroom suite with a king sized bed, living area, private balcony and kitchenette. The property is on a less busy street although you can definitely hear everything happening outside. The staff are friendly and the hotel is located in a good area. The bathroom layout was strange - it was as if someone hired their inexperienced nephew to do the build and messed it up. The toilet is where the shower was meant to go and vise versa so water gets everywhere in the bathroom and they dont provide a floor towel or anything to help move the water. The kitchen sink plumbing leads to the toilet/shower area so little bits of food come out onto the floor. Overall, it was an okay stay. The price was great and it has good coffee and restaurants nearby.

전형적인 3만원대 숙소예요. 전체적으로 깔끔하고 편안했습니다. 근데 화장실에서 냄새가 좀 심하게 나서 힘들었네요;

Beautiful affordable, modern neat stay with beautiful people. Short bike grab ride to everywhere you need to go for less an $1 Australian.

Very friendly and careless staff , especial Van Anh - she alway ready to help , open the door when we go out and in she do great job in Hospitality .

The staff were very helpful and willing to go out of their way to make sure that everything was fine and helped me with ongoing travel arrangements

1. Staff was showing attitude and overcommunucated. You were ask for ID before checking in but still got the same questions about ID and phone number when came to hotel to receive the keys. Self check-in portal in the other locations is more convenient than hotel in Suong Nguyet Anh. 2. Only 1 old key-tag was provided.
