This is a great hotel with wonderful staff. The restaurant staff are fantastic and when I had problems with not being able to charge my phone and iPad in the room, the staff that came to help were very helpful. The onsite electrician was very kind and helpful. I would definitely return.

Bar service can be better

Amazing hotel worth every penny. Comfortable, clean and genuinely has everything. Great local pub Lots road around the corner.

Very clean property. Restaurant food was good. Staff went above and beyond for everything. Only problem was water not hot enough in shower.

Nice hotel in fantastic location. Rooms decor is a bit tired. Restaurant and outside terrasse are extremely well located. Breakfast is fine. Some staff members, like concierges, give very good and timely service. Some staff in reception and especially in restaurant need a lot of training. Kept having to repeat orders. But the quiet location next to the river and close to Kings Road is stellar.

Staff was really accommodating and the rooms were clean and spacious

Now I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and cannot fault them. However this time, although booking well in advance, I was not allocated the type of room I requested. Now I asked for a room on a high floor and away from the lifts, which csn be noisy. Well my room was on the first floor and only one room away from bank of three lifts. I know this is a minor point, but I have always had no problems in the past and do understand that its a busy time of the year.

Great hotel. We enjoyed our stay. Wish there was drinking water in the room on arrival even if there was a charge as it’s summer time and it was pretty warm. Everything else was lovely and clean. The area feels safe and we went for late night walks with no worries whatsoever. We had access to the pool for a refreshing dip. I had a little fall in the pool shower and lost a nail because it was a little slippery but I’m okay and I’m sure it’ll grow back at some point. The view from the restaurant is beautiful. We sat outside for lunch there and the service was fab. Food was okay, the good service makes up for it. I will definitely stay again for the vibes and scenery.

We recently stayed at the Chelsea Harbour Hotel and, overall, had a very enjoyable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly at reception and the check-in process was quick and efficient, which made for a great first impression. The hotel itself was clean throughout, and our room was well maintained, comfortable, and presented to a high standard. The only downside to our stay was our experience in the restaurant. The service was disappointingly slow, our drinks were forgotten and we had to remind the staff before they eventually arrived. When it came time to pay the bill, it took three attempts and around half an hour to resolve, which unfortunately took the shine off what had otherwise been a pleasant stay. Despite the restaurant experience, the hotel itself was excellent, and with some improvements to the restaurant service, it would be difficult to fault.
