I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were not welcoming and seemed quite rude. Instead of making guests feel comfortable, they were dismissive and unhelpful whenever I asked for assistance.
The overall service did not meet the basic expectations of hospitality. Communication with the team was difficult, and it felt like guest satisfaction was not a priority. Unfortunately, this really affected my stay and left a negative impression.
I was hoping for a pleasant experience, but the poor attitude of the staff made it quite the opposite. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

满意 This is a two or three star hotel (by some stretch of imagination), but extremely clean and great value for the money. Close to a major train station and street markets. I liked my stay there!

The breakfast was fresh. It was on the Hotel's ground floor.

Standard breakfast. What would be expected for the region and the clientele? Good, I would stay. I have been staying there on and off for the last 6 to 7 years.

It was a business trip. I have stayed there for the past 5 years. It is alwYs a pleasure. Some sraff changes accrued but this will be temporary. The hotel is a grwat value overall. I will try and stay at that location in the future when visiting Dubai. ( :
