Hotel under renovation, currently the area is bad, only 1 lift is useable and need to wait for quite some time, noise pollution random time to time and disturbing precious. While staying in the hotel having fever, request for checkout at 1.30 but hotel reception insists to be 1pm only or else will charge for a 1 night stay. Likely a new management as all the old staff doesn’t seem to be around anymore. Overall experience this time is very bad, likely doesn’t interested to stay again in the future.

Has been a nice place to stay in the past and continues to be a nice place to stay at

Location a bit out of centre but very close to mrt which is nuch quicker than taxis

I have been staying here since 2010. It was good , then 2013 I stayed again but there was leaking in shower and stuff, now in 2019 I’m back all I can say it was superb! Even the bellman! Thumbs up!

Basic hotel with the basic amenities. For the price, do not expect too much. Location is good. A short walk to the nearest MRT.

Friendly staffs. Near to MRT. Easy access. Reasonable price.

Noisy guests in the middle of the night. Despite calling front office to help inform the guests, nothing was done. This was about 12 midnight to 2AM. Guests were leaving their doors opened and shouting to their friends in other rooms.....

Good location but property need major upgrading. Still using key for door lock in current era is shocking

I stay there before this is my 2nd time back. I am glad the service didn't drop much.
