Very good hotel. Everything about the stay was excellent

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The service was outstanding, and the staff Ayub his very friendly, helpful, and professional. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.

Room needs some renovation but the rest was super

Amazing.

The customer service through all departments is top notch, especially the reception. The property is very clean. I gave 4stars instead of 5stars for one reason ( the breakfast buffet needs a bit of improvement). We really enjoyed our stay at Adam Park.

I give 3 star because of the issue that the reception team they made . They refuse to be with my wife in 1 room because our marriage certificate is not issued from Morocco even they is the stamp from Moroccan consulate in the country where im living. They made me wait for 40 minutes till the check-in is done. They refuse to be in the same room and they refuse to give back my money ...really strange. Anyway i will never book in this place.

Customer service is five star very willing to help but not pushy on any sales. The accommodation was always clean in and around communal areas and the food was top quality.. we also fell in love with the spa area and shopping in the hotel was more than enough to give gifts back home

Room was looking onto a closed-roofed square surrounded by other rooms. With the covered square you don’t see any hint of sun or sky. At night, the square is used by the restuarant. Very noisy and bright lights all night. Difficult to sleep especially with a generator next to the room. Over-priced for what you get. Definitely wont be staying there again.
