Our family recently stayed at Best Western Plus, and we had an outstanding experience from the moment we arrived until the day we checked out. We have stayed at many hotels over the years, but this visit truly stood out because of the excellent customer service, the cleanliness of the property, and the welcoming atmosphere that made us feel at home. The front desk staff gave us a warm and friendly welcome. They were professional, courteous, and genuinely cared about making sure our family had everything we needed. Every interaction with the staff was pleasant, and they always greeted us with a smile. The hotel itself is in excellent condition. The building is well maintained, and the lobby and common areas are spotless, bright, and beautifully designed. Everything looked clean, organized, and inviting, creating a relaxing environment for families and travelers alike. Our room exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, bright, beautifully arranged, and exceptionally clean. The beds were comfortable, and the room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The coffee machine was clean and convenient, the refrigerator was spotless, and the countertop provided plenty of space with all the essentials we needed. It was clear that great attention had been given to cleanliness and guest comfort. We also appreciated the ice machine, which worked perfectly and was very convenient for our family's needs throughout our stay. One of the highlights of our visit was the complimentary

Wonderful convenience with time place and price. I had a last minute stay at Best Western and I was not disappointed. My request for a late night check in was granted with ease and the price was affordable for last minute planning. My lady was very satisfied with the kitchen and space of our room.

They didn't return my deposit and charged me 280 and in the hall they said deposit of 100

Breakfast was great. Everyone was friendly and room was clean.

An excellent and economical option versus staying on the strip like we have in the past. The location was critical to us providing quick access to the entertainment we had booked on the strip and proximity for northern departure from the city. Very comfortable and great access through the second door from parking.

Made a reservation and chose to pay at property I even messaged saying I was gonna arrive a little late. I drove 5 hours to get there and When I got there the dum fuks had given away my reservation for no reason and I had no room for the night. I don’t know if the girl at the front desk was being lazy or just didn’t want to give me a room but she was face timing with her boyfriend or whatever during working hours so that must of been more important.

Everything was great: staff a clean room and parking. It's the little things. I like hot showers. So great to get that and feel refreshed. Enough pillows to find the ONE ... and get a great sleep. Unfortunately, I had an early flight and was unable to partake in breakfast. Next time.... Many thanks.
