This hotel is in a great location, right in the center of Valletta, very close to tons of restaurants, bars and cafes. The staff were wonderful. The only reason we give four stars instead of five is the included breakfast was terrible and the room was very small.

First i have start by how incredible the staff was. They were curtious, friendly and always eager to assist. The location was centrally located in Valletta with easy access everywhere. The roof top happy hour were nice. Though i recommend they keep it open to at least sunset so you can experience it from the rooftop. Highly recommend this location.

Positives - great central location for city break, rooms are characterful albeit small they have what you need including robes, slippers, hairdryer, coffee machine, mini bar etc.
Toiletries supplied are very limited (shampoo and body lotion only) so best not rely on it even if flying Ryanair!
Room for improvements- Rooftop terrace is under utilised, needs more shade and comfy seating, breakfast served up there is varied, mainly continental, and staff are super helpful.
Happy hour events were a nice touch but could be better thought through, canned wine was pretty grim although wine in mini bars was decent.
Being able to leave luggage is great but having no guest washroom is limiting factor.
Overall good value, super helpful staff, but just could be finessed.

This is a lovely hotel. Great location and lovely staff.
Breakfast on the roof terrace was also nice although could get a little awkward when it was busy as it’s self service but still lovely all the same.
I would recommend a stay here and I would stay here again if I ever visit Valetta

The hotel was clean and shower facilities good. The air conditioning was good and much needed.
The fire alarm flashed a green light all night, which I found very disturbing- luckily I’d bought an eye mask with me.
The breakfast experience could have been improved. They served traditional Maltese breakfast daily on dishes with cling film over - this was very fiddly to dish up, especially when holding a plate and not much space to put your plate down.
The staff in their efforts to be attentive got on the way of this process too.
Serving more continental choices would be good too.

The property was so well located. Hard to beat the location.
Very secure boutique style which I Liked.
Comfortable bed.
Only minor thing was was the occasional flashing light from smoke alarm. They seem to be positioned above the bed but perhaps not in all rooms.
A lot of different staff - some were better with knowledge and resources than others.
