Great hotel in a great area of Madrid. The hotel staff and amenities were perfect. The hotel is located in a great area of the city within walking distance to great places. Also really appreciate how helpful the hotel staff was from providing a converter (mine stopped working) to giving restaurant suggestions,

超赞 The hotel is simple but does the work. The location is nice and calm but closed enough to nice stores and restaurants. No need to have a car.
The hotel has a restaurant in the lobby level and offers complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby during the evening.
