My husband and I loved our stay here. The location is great, staff was friendly, and breakfast was fantastic. This will be our go to hotel when we stay in San Jose for now on.

Excellent stay. Sorry no airport shuttle.

Every thing is fine. Just location is close to highway, a kind of noisy at night time

Location for San Jose quakes games, Santa Clara University, SJ airport and Levi stadium are ideal. We stop here every time we are in Santa Clara visiting our son. There are three Element hotels in the area all are a superior choices to other mid price hotels

I really enjoyed my stay. Everything was good. The only concern I had and I told the staff was in my room the shower pressure was too strong and the shower floor didn't have hardly anti slip on it. I almost slipped. Maybe it was only in my room.

It’s a nice clean place but that chain of hotels has this strange thing where they have a motion detector that turns on a bright light every time you go into the bathroom So if you use the bathroom during the night you’re going to jar yourself and wake up your spouse and there’s no way to disable it unless you remember to bring some kind of large Band-Aid to cover up the motion detector

Amazing stay

This was one of the easiest and most enjoyable hotel stays we’ve had. The room was impeccably clean, honestly among the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The floors were spotless, all of the dishware was clean, and every part of the room felt well cared for. We stayed in a Double Queen room and were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out and relax. The nearly full kitchen, complete with a large refrigerator and freezer, was a huge bonus and made traveling much more convenient. The beds were comfortable, the hotel was quiet, and the shower had excellent water pressure. Even the little things stood out, like how well everything worked and how thoughtfully the room was designed. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and evening treats, which were a lovely added touch. As a pet-friendly hotel, it checked every box for us. Clean, comfortable, spacious, and family-friendly. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with family or pets.
