As soon as we arrived we were concerned of where we were staying as the outside of the property was very run down. When we got to the rooms, we were disappointed with how run down and untidy the room was kept. The bathroom had so much mould and the bedding had stains and hair throughout the sheets. If you are planning on parking, l would suggest not to as the parking lot is not big enough to even get your car out of the parking spaces. We had an early hospital appointment and had to end up walking at 5am as there was no way to get your car out due to the carpark not being big enough to accommodate with the amount of cars parked in there. Very disappointing

Good clean little hotel. Close to centre of Sydney. At a very reasonable price. With on site free parking, though a bit narrow if you have a large car.

Close to hospital which I needed and clean rooms I don’t have their breakfast as I took my own and room had a fridge and microwave staff very friendly and obliging Good price

Staff are lovely and accommodation meets expectations. Parking is a bit of a challenge.

Clean and tidy room. 7 minute flat walk to Royal North Shore Hospital. Did not have the breakfast as I was leaving early in the morning. Staff lovely. Have stayed here many times.

Staff were super helpful allowing me to boil in early for my trip to the city. Car parking is very tight but fee. St Leonard’s Station 10 minutes walk.

Very clean, close to transport (bus stop right out the front) train only 500m walk, shops close by, breakfast was simple but enjoyable.
