星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Clean spacious rooms with an amazing shower and helpful staff. Really comfortable beds.

I couldn't stay here. The sheets were not changed and had visible stains on them, do not stay

Away from traffic jam area

Only issue had was with towels smell, the rest was good and had comfortable stay.

The hotel staff were friendly and courteous, and the food was tasty! Thank you so much to the Grand Tjokro staff for their warm and kind hospitality. The hotel is nicely located to the Ciputra Mall and to other places of meet.

Adequet hotel. Nothing special but staff are patient and accomodating. Tjokro sandwich is gd

We ask for extra pillow as each bed was provided with one pillow. They want to charge us for each extra pillow. The foods during breakfast were cold. At night when we go to the hotel for dinner, there was lots of mosquitos in the dinning hall. When we complained to the staff, they just simply smile. They don’t sell beer. When I ask can we bring a can of beer from our room down to drink with our meal, they want to charge for the beer consumed. Very disappointed.

I love the hospitality and polite staff!! I love it

Friendly staff but the breakfast is far below average. The hotel is far too calculative. We stayed in a twin bedroom. Ask the staff to give us 2 extra pillows as each bed is furnished with one pillow, we were refused. They were only prepared to give 1 extra pillow free. We would have to pay for the second extra pillow.

Smoothly check in, cleanliness of lobby, rooms and other area good expectation. Will come again to this hotel.
