トイレが狭かった

大浴場が有り良かった。

Stayed here the night before our morning flight from KIX. 5 min walk from station, restaurants and supermarkets. Standard business hotel type room.

Decent business hotel. Good breakfast. Good alternative to expensive airport hotels.

Had the non smoking room, it was clean and comfortable and no stale smoke smell even when the air conditioning was turned on but you can smell the slight smoke smell through the rest of the hotel and lobby but I still enjoyed my stay here and the staff were very helpful and nice.

I stayed at this hotel in order to visit Osaka for a few days getaway. For the price, the hotel was okay, but the heater in our room broke twice during our three day stay. The staff was very helpful but the hotel itself and the room were pretty old fashioned and a little worn down. The best part about the hotel was that breakfast is included with your stay, which was a nice benefit to have.

This hotel is really old. There is some weird green light in the hallway. The washroom is small and not very clean and there is no hair conditioner nor hand soup. The only good thing about it is the breakfast. (The Hotel Sunplaza Annex is a different hotel with a different lobby right beside this hotel. It's very nice -clean, new, nice stuff and I paid less for that one. Make sure you choose the annex.)

Reasonable price and you get what you paid for. Room and sheets are clean in general, but furnatures are old and comforter has stain on it. Free breakfast has good variety. Access is quite convinent. Overall ~3.5
