Excellent location, walking distance to San Siro. Everything was perfect, I wish we could stay another day or two. Clean room, excellent bar service, nice breakfast buffet with tables in the garden. Pool looked nice although we didn’t have time for it. The gym was advertising TechnoGym equipment although again, no time. We came back from a concert after midnight and we were able to get a bite to eat and some drinks. Taxi arrived promptly when we left. I saw some negative reviews but we didn’t not experience any of those issues. Great experience we hope we could return!

The property itself is excellent. Rooms are top quality and cleaning staff are very efficient. However, the swimming area was very crowded and we felt it was too small for all the people that were there over the weekend.
Secondly, they had a conference and so the hotel guests were relegated to eating on sofas and in a make shift restaurant area where they could have had this done in the breakfast area and maintained the seated area for the hotel guests. The conference people were loud and they stood all over the lobby area, talking and congregating quite loudly when they had the conference area to do this. It was very off putting.
But most importantly, their computer systems were not working and they overcharged us for breakfast when we only ordered one for one day. The charged us for three. We called spoke to Jessica who asked to email, we then emailed and did not receive an acknowledgement nor my money back to my account. I did not appreciate being overcharged. I will not be returning and I suggests to other customers being careful with your bill as we were and but still they managed to overcharge us.
