阿尔马萨酒店 (纳斯尔市) (Al Masa Hotel Nasr City)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Beautiful place to stay. The gardens are outstanding but the hotel isn’t well maintained for a 5* place. I didn’t like when the rooms aren’t cleaned promptly and earlier. Sometimes our room was cleaned at 4pm. You come from a tour and visits in town and your room isn’t ready. Unacceptable.

Great and luxury , good experience , I will consider for next time at Egypt .

BEWARE I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel and feel compelled to warn future guests. During our stay, money went missing from the safe in my room, as well as from the safe in my friend’s room. At first, I honestly found it hard to believe — after all, how can money go missing from a locked safe? I assumed there must be some mistake. However, after becoming suspicious, I deliberately arranged the notes in a specific position before leaving the room. When I returned, some of the money was gone and the remaining notes had clearly been moved. At that point, it was undeniable that something was wrong. We immediately raised this with hotel staff, expecting it to be taken seriously. Instead, our concerns were brushed off with no proper investigation, no accountability, and no real effort to resolve the situation. The lack of concern and professionalism was just as troubling as the missing money itself. A hotel safe is supposed to provide peace of mind. Sadly, that was not our experience. I would strongly advise other guests to be extremely cautious with their valuables if choosing to stay here. Very disappointing experience.

A monstrously decadent grand building full of Africa princes and wedding guests. Wonderful reception areas very grand. The rooms are functional and more corporate but lacking a desk to work at - chair/desk at wrong height and clustered with coffee making facilities. Bathroom was great, but a little tired and the shower wasn’t wide enough, even for a skinny lad. Nice balcony and lovely grounds in gated compound. Didn’t seem to be near anything interesting.
