奥斯汀市中心凯悦嘉寓酒店 (Hyatt House Austin/Downtown)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

We stayed at this Hyatt property in Texas for three nights, and unfortunately the experience fell well short of expectations. We didn’t get room service for two of our three days — and when it did finally happen, the service itself wasn’t great either. The bed sheets and blanket were poorly made, not properly tucked or adjusted. On top of that, water pressure in the shower was weak, and the shower gel dispenser was empty for the entire stay. For the price point of a Hyatt, I expected much better attention to basic housekeeping standards. Hopefully management addresses these issues.

Me pareció un lugar muy agradable

Such a nice hotel! Very clean, and staff we interacted with were super friendly.

Staff great. No cold water from bathroom faucet even after reported to staff. Otherwise very comfortable and within walking distance of Moody Amphitheater.

Very helpful staff!

It was good I just wasn’t given the correct room I payed for.

The hotel facilities were clean and my room was very clean and exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was really good. Definetly, I stay again in this property.

I like the full amenities offered including weight room, pool and breakfast

Room was spacious and would be good for longer stay as it had a fully stocked kitchenette

Staff and location are great. However, the hotel bar is incredibly limited and only open from 5-10 pm so not ideal for getting a drink or snack and the small shop they have is very limited and overpriced.
