星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Our five night stay was enjoyable due to the quiet location, kind and helpful staff , and close proximity to tube stations. The air conditioning was also a huge plus!

Positives: good location. Room request honoured for higher floor. Early check in without charge (as it should be). Overall clean and well maintained. Negatives: skyline bar closed on the 2 days we travelled which is a shame but our fault should have checked.

Excellent hotel, v clean : staff v helpful. Room nice and cool. Breakfast a bit congested/ slow. Rooftop bar nice, but prices extortionate.

Great hotel with staff that were amazing and in an amazing location!

Great location in White Chapel. Staff was excellent

Amazing staff. Very convenient location.

Great stay friendly staff

Cleanliness throughout very good. Bed comfortable but pillows a little too soft for my liking. Breakfast offerings very good. Only disappointing bit, we walked back thinking we’d use the top floor bar, but it was closed due to a private party.

We had a great stay myself and my daughters. We did have two rooms. Clean , good location and staff were very professional. The only negatives was the lighting in the rooms was not great and my daughters were given a room that was handicapped accessible which we did not request which was disappointing as we felt we were given the “left over room” which we purposely did not want! But didn’t say anything because we were already tired when we arrived to make a big deal!

Great AC
