The family room was small. But clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Good hotel and convenient in London

No phones in the rooms. In order to address any issues or get services you have to go down to the lobby and speak to receptionist. It’s a large hotel so at times, the receptionist is not at the desk but off elsewhere. There is a buzzer to push which should page/call the receptionist, however the “pager” was left behind at the desk. I will say that the restaurant hostess, Victoria was amazing!

A/C was great - especially in a heat wave! The location made using public transit simple, and the bag check came in handy on our last day. Would certainly stay here again.

Great location- very centrally located but also tucked away where it was quiet and safe. Room was small for 4 people, but frankly was as expected for a hotel in the middle of London. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious every morning. Especially loved the lattes and chocolate croissants. Staff was very helpful and went out of their way to ensure that we had a great experience.

This place was great! We stayed for four nights and it was just what we needed. The room was nice, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was good.

No outlet in bathroom. Very small room for 4 beds, almost no walking space.

The premier plus room we had was very basic - the room was small, no drawers for clothing, no safe, no phone, our room was not cleaned when requested during our four night stay. The breakfast items were very basic and items were not replenished on a timely basis. We are very disappointed. Definitely NOT staying here again and NOT recommended.

Our room was not cleaned even when we requested for it. Overall, very disappointed with our four night stay at the Premiere Inn Farringdon (Smithfield). We will definitely NOT be back.
