It’s a self service apt-type hotel. No lobby personal but everything is organized from check in to check out.

L’arrivée et le départ était très facile. L’emplacement était idéal pour tout visiter et se déplacer. Nous savions que la chambre était petite. Le lit était confortable et la chambre propre. Le seul désagrément était la climatisation qui était bruyante et juste au-dessus de nos têtes dans le lit. Nous recommandons cet hôtel qui est parfaitement située. Plein de petits cafés et restos dans les ruelles annexes.

Great location, excellent staff, good coffee, and even complimentary toiletries. My only complaint is the size of the room. Everything else, including the price, was excellent.

Arriving late at night in the rain and trying to find the hotel without wifi was tricky. Ensure you have mobile maps! The self-checkin felt a bit like an escape room situation but I found a concierge phone and got there in the end. The room is very compact but clean and comfortable - probably best for solo travelers. Feels a bit like a tiny home or caravan. There’s an interesting shower over handbasin arrangement. Taking a shower ensures the whole bathroom gets a good wash down. The location is actually fabulous. Anguk and Jogno-3 stateions are both within a few minutes walking distance. It’s an excellent part of Seoul for all kinds of food, including a wonderful vegan restaurant set in a traditional style setting. You’re also an easy walk the hanok villages. I much preferred this location over the busier more built up parts of Seoul. Yes, I would stay at this place again.

I had a great stay! This was in the heart of Insadong surrounded by restaurants, shopping, and very close to the main palace. The staff were pleasant, and the self ceck-in/out was a breeze! 10 out of 10🤗

The receptionist is so very nice.

Hotel was located in a very convenient area and a good value for price. check in was done completely virtually so I did not see a member of staff at any point. Room was small - almost no room to open my suitcase, but bed was comfortable.

Check in was from 16:00 oclock (self check-in on a machin so not flexible) but check out from 11am which is super greedy. Usually no one at the reception wich is not comfortable at all. Luggage storage is not locked. The room was so tiny wich the shower above the sink and not adjustable for hight or angle so in totally random direction so you have to hold it when you stand infront of the sink. Then all of the toilet and shower room is flodded by water. Overall worst room I ever slept in even if compared to hostels. Good things: location is excellent, proximity to metro, CU store next door, room was clean and quiet.

Good hotel for a good price
