The staff were helpful and accommodating during my stay. However, the front desk staff could be a bit more friendly and welcoming to guests. The room was nice overall, but there was an unpleasant odor in the room, and the toilet bowl in the bathroom had not been properly cleaned upon arrival. The pool was not available to use and was not able to enjoy it, and that was a little disappointing.

Breakfast was good the service was good the pool was closed on Saturday the gym had no staff the pool was table was covered up it seems the whole section had been abandoned and run down

Great inside, awesome staff, good food. Chaos outside, but an outlet mall nearby.

We stayed here after traveling for over 30 hours to arrive in Cebu. Arrived at 1:00 am needing a shower and sleep. Shower not working properly (very low water pressure), toilet not flushing, sink not draining properly, refrigerator not working at all and only some of the lights worked. In a word, terrible. We checked out a day early as soon as we had their “breakfast”. Worst hotel experience I have had in Cebu and it’s not even close.

Airport shuttle was free pickup but not free drop off. Charge 300 p for drop off. False advertisement. Had to ask for tissue. The tv only had streaming services but nothing included local news would be better. The room was towards the street motorbikes very loud to keep you up at night. The breakfast was okay cook eggs on demand anyway you like is plus but the fruits only watermelon every day. Cebu Mango capital of the world shouldn't they have mangos. The bungos dish tasted like rotten fish. Chef should try it before serving it.
