3 rating for me means it was basically fine, but I would probably not choose this hotel again. The good: -Very clean - Bed was among the most comfortable I have experienced - Air conditioning worked very well - Quiet - Convenient location, two blocks to Zócalo The bad: - I got a message from the hotel saying my reservation would be canceled if I didn't arrive by 6 pm. This was a surprise. Forunately it was not a problem in my case. - My room had a window overlooking the atrium, it did not open. - The shower took several minutes to warm up and never got hot - The bathroom was so dark I could hardly see myself to shave. - Lamp did not work. - Outlets were in stupid places. None near the desk. Two located under night tables and I had to get on my hands and knees and use the light from my phone to find them. - No coffee or hot water in the room or hotel. Good cafes (Profética) a block or two away. Other - Staff were helpful but did not go beyond the basics. - Did not try the restaurant. There is a roof terrace which did not have any service but had nice views and you could bring your own drinks I guess. - The internet only works when your key is in the slot, so it restarts every time you enter and there is not service in other places. All kind of fine but nothing special with some little annoyances. The price I paid was ok for what I got.

Great place to stay. Affordable and centrally located

I wish the pillows would have been more comfortable and there is nowhere to sit your carry on luggage

Walls are not soundproof. Hairdryer does not work. Lack of shampoo or conditioner in bathroom. Breakfast was simple for the price better going out to eat.
