Place was wonderful great location

Very nice gym, love everything except for the price. I found this area very expensive

The room was clean, the condo was beautiful and it was spacious for my family. But the biggest downfall was that for the 5 days I stayed there. The elevator was never fixed. We had to go up 5 floors every single time we went out. With kids and an older woman. And not only that. But we got a call about noise complaints because we walked “too much” it’s a family friendly condo. I didn’t know my daughters had to sit all day. But overall it was nice. Wouldn’t stay here again though.

Excellent value, check in process was easy. Staff were friendly. The pool was clean and cool. I recommend this hotel when staying in Merida. The location is central and convenient.

We loved everything except the pool was too hot to go to during the day. We made it an early morning thing. We ended up heading to the beach during the day which was super easy as the front desk provided beach chairs and a ride down there!!! Also blackout curtains in the master bedroom would have been good but it wasnt terrible as im an early riser so wasnt the end of the world. We loved this place and we will be back .
