The room was clean and staff friendly. However, the AC stopped working every 30 minutes and the night guy did not know how to fix it. We figured it out the next day. the room is small but had everything we needed. The front desk guy was able to get our rooms close together after having us on different floors at first. Bed was comfortable and clean and shower was very good. The surrounding area was questionable (a strip club right next door) but we had no problems and it was walking distance from train station which was great.

Very nice staff, comfy bed great shower

Very clean room and enjoyed the stay

Really tidy and clean and feels freshly renovated. Great location.

Great place to stay an awesome location. There are stripped joints next-door, and within the same block, but no issues whatsoever. I would stay again.

Easy check in and room very suitable for our one night.

The hotel is modern and well maintained. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. We had a minor issue our sink didn't affect our stay at all, but we raised it with a member of the team and it was quickly resolved. The location of the hotel is excellent with Marianplatz only a 20 minute walk, and the main train station only a 5 minute walk.

Central hotel, 5 minutes walk from HBF. Friday night stay, very busy and noisy as we were on the first floor at the front of the hotel, outside even in the early hours. Request a higher room or book elsewhere.

Great hotel & even better location. As in close to the main train station & a block from a Ubohn! (Never mind the strip club down the street lol). You have to try the restaurant on the corner called Sinbad=YUM. The hotel was very nice to us when I accidentally booked us a day short. They very kind & professional & let us book the same room for the last night before we left. We appreciated that! The rooms were nice & had air conditioning.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The receptionists are all nice. The hotel is close to shops, terminals, and restaurants. It’s also less than 15 minute walk to Marienplatz which is really nice. The room is clean. The bed is comfortable. Will definitely recommend.
