We had a lot of spyders in our room

Food poisoning. Otherwise, it is good hotel on good location.

Visti i giudizi di alto livello, sincramente mi aspettavo di più. Il personale non è molto disponibile con i clienti e il cibo del ristorante è lo stesso tutti i giorni. Buona pulizia generale dell'hotel e dei bagni (anche se in camera, usando la doccia, permaneva poi un cattivo odore di fogna). Un po' meno ho gradito il rifacimento del letto trovando dei capelli sotto le lenzuola (erano i miei ma significa che sono solo state rilazate le coperte e non rifatto per bene il letto). Inoltre la biancheria da letto, in una settimana, non è mai stata cambiata.

Beautiful and good condition hotel. Playground and some area shared with other hotel makes it a little crowdy sometimes. Nice rooma Very good food. Worth to stay

We went with the Ultra All inclusive package as it was slightly off season with many places in Golden Sands closed. The location right on the beach is great. There was an excellent choice of food for all the meals and snacks included in the beach bar. We didnt like the Al la Carte restaurant as it was a bit small and not a comfortable atmosphere but that could be just a matter of taste. Also, theres a few venues you can drink in so good to change the scene every so often. Staff were efficient and friendly. It was a very nice stay

Nice new hotel with light and simple design, which with a few interesting touches makes an excellent impression without too much money invested. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Spa complex is new and cosy even with a limited number of facilities half of which not working. The pearl in the crown is the infinity pool on 5th floor with a great view to the sea. The pool was ice cold - they could invest in some heating. The restaurant and the beach bar are great and even though the variety of food is good, the quality is average, which is disappointing.

Encanto Beach is gewoon fantastisch. Mooi hotel, alles goed verzorgd, vriendelijk personeel, super mooi gelegen en geweldig uitzicht op zee van voor en op het bos van achter. Ik was dit jaar in juni geweest voor de eerste keer en dan nu juist terug begin september. Beide keer fantastisch geweest. Heel rustig sfeer daar, respectvolle gasten, gewoon super. De ander hotels van Grifid zijn ook mooi maar de uitzicht van voor is helaas minder. Encanto Beach is voor mij echt de best. Ik ga volgend jaar zeker terug.

I absolutely loved my stay here. Clean and big rooms - the sea view is a game-changer compared to the one without. The food is good - they can improve the desserts though. The a la cart restaurant is average, I really expected more and you can easily skip it - it`s the same quality of food as the big restaurant but it doesn`t have such diversity. The infinity pool is a must. The thing I didn`t like is the parking fee - 20 lv per day is ridiculous and it`s not included.

We had a very nice surprise with this hotel, big rooms, very clean everywhere, good food with plenty options. The waffles at the beach buffet were great. Positioned on the beach with sun-beds and umbrellas included. There were a few minuses: the playground for kids is kind of useless, only 2-3 things for them to play with one of them being a metal slide which was obviously way to hot due to sun heat. Another thing we did not like was the fact that they turn off the light on the balcony at 23:00, i do not really appreciate having my schedule defined by others: i wanted to enjoy the sea sound on the balcony and had no light for this. Also for a hotel like this is kind of strange and unpolite to ask money to use the locker in the room. Overall the experience was very good and we will come back despite these minuses as they compensated in other areas. But with some small improvements it can be a great hotel. I’d also like to mention Krisi, in the reception, she was very helpful and nice
