I paid and when I arrived my room was taken. They transferred me to another hotel nearby, without paying for transportation. The hotel they referred me to had a tiny room and the heating didn´t work. There are much better, cheaper options in Pocitos. Stay away.

Excelente! Volveremos!

Clean room, nice area.

This is our second time this year that we stayed @ Gema Luxury Hotel and are very happy with our stay. Everyone from the front desk & housekeeping personnel are very attentive and willing to help and make your stay a comfortable one. Will definitely come back.

Our staying was amazing. We stayed in a 4 beds room. Very spacious and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable as well. The staff was very kind and always very helpful. The hotel is very well located, close to the beach and many shops around.

Everything was OK except the room wasn’t soundproof I hear the rooms next to me and the street and sometimes so loud

Average hotel well located in Montevideo safest area. Expect a 2 1/2 stars facility eith small rooms which need heavy maintenance. I only stayed for the convenient location.

Good hotel, very practical and comfortable. I stayed alone, the room was very spacious and had a terrace for sunbathing. Good Wi-Fi and close to many restaurants, points of interest and the Rambla. The hotel staff is lovely and the gentleman at the reception, I think his name is Andres, very professional and helpful. I would go back without hesitation and thank very much for everything. Great hotel in great location.

Really good place in a good centric area with everything you need and close to the beach and rambla
