卓美亚马斯喀特海湾度假酒店 (Jumeirah Muscat Bay)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

This was the best hotel I’ve stayed at, the room was clean and excellent, offering luxurious choices like a pillow menu to ensure you had your preference. The staff were friendly and attentive, with the hospitality here being some of the best I have received. The breakfast was really nice, and everything was high quality. The private beach and the adult pool are just top tier.

Lovely experience from the check in to the check out. Food was of highest standard, Service was outstanding. Gym was very clean and well maintained. House keeping was unbelievably efficient. Beach was an extension to the pool area. Line between adult only and family areas did sometimes get blurred which the hotel were on top of most of the time. Intending to return for sure.

Amazing staff, amazing views, amazing location. Was the perfect holiday destination for me and my young family

Was lovely all over the hotel

All great hotel

Just got back from a 6-day break at Jumeirah Muscat Bay, and I can honestly say I’d definitely go back. The hotel is stunning — beautifully maintained and set in such a peaceful, scenic location. The staff were absolutely amazing: friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. We also had a couples’ spa treatment which was perfect — so professional and relaxing that we both felt incredible afterwards. A special shout-out to the yoga instructor who taught the Ashtanga yoga sessions on the beach. She was an excellent teacher — so calm, relaxed, and patient. Ending the day with yoga by the sea was truly a highlight of the trip. The excursions offered by the hotel were also very good, especially the one to the Grand Mosque with Wabar Tours, which was well-organized and insightful. However, the dolphin watching and snorkelling tour was a bit disappointing, particularly in how a minor onboard accident involving a passenger was handled. If I had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be to have a few more dining options in the evenings, as we sometimes found it difficult to get reservations. Overall, though, Jumeirah Muscat Bay is a fantastic place to unwind and recharge. We left feeling refreshed and are already looking forward to our next visit.

For a 5 star hotel I would say it requires an update, it’s also very busy and not enough staff.

The breakfast buffet was stupidly delicious, the food in the bottom floor restaurant is all flawless. The pools and beach are always clean and the pool people were very attentive with bringing towels and water. But in one sentence: the hotel is good but the staff is great!

Beautiful views from our balcony. Didn’t want to leave. Everything was truly spectacular. Definitely recommend this hotel.
