It was ok!! The only thing room was old.

Great location staff was friendly.

Given already.

Presentation of the room is very poor…carpet is smelly, used for years maybe. Toilet/shower condition is very poor. Very old. Tap water is not working, tip of the tap is rusty, edges of the toilet are too dirty, shower curtains are dusty and smelly. Door’s toilet is too old, paint is dissapearing.

First of all is not easy to find the Hotel name. Secondly the is room is dirty. Staff there js no personality at all. The hallway carpet are dirty.

This property is not user friendly for disabled people

Hotel location is great since it’s close to the airport and to the mall. The only problem was that one time, there was a mouse running around inside the room. Overall, staff was friendly and very accommodating .

Nice place

Expected at least clean room, but carpet smells, room was hot, Can’t even stay in the lobby/ dining area, aircon was never turn on

Great location below mount Mayan and lignon Hill. Room was clean and spacious with comfortable bed and great view. Breakfast to order was fine. No complaints about the stay here.
