罗马客房&套房旅馆 (Inn Rome Rooms & Suites)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Great location, where everything you want to see is within walking distance. The room was nice, clean, and spacious. The elevator was a bit wonky and the location a bit noisy, but the staff was friendly.

The room was very cold and the staff did not reply to my messages asking about heat. Clean room and good location. No street noise during the week but the door to the courtyard was loud and no soundproofing from the hallway. Tiny shower. Bed was just ok. I was able to leave my suitcase for the rest of the day after checking out.

The hotel is centrally located to all of the sites I wanted to see, The Vatican, Trevi Fountain, The Colosseum all of them were less than a 30 mins walk. Needed to get in my steps. The housekeeping lady was absolutely lovely! She was very helpful on a few occasions. If I ever found myself in Rome again, I would stay there.

Safe

Very good and convenient location

There was a strong smell in the room, probably cleaning products but was not good

Not very convenient checking hours.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. This isn't a traditional hotel, more like a boutique hotel taking up one section of a floor in a shared building. You will be given two access codes, one for the main door and one for the floor. Special note for fellow Americans, what the Europeans refer to as floor 1 is what we'd call floor 2. We were super confused trying to find the right door before we realized we were on the wrong floor. Good: It was clean, it had the necessities, and the location is excellent. Walkable to the major attractions, many restaurants and shops in the immediate area. Not so good: The beds were uncomfortably firm. We visited in October so it wasn't very hot, but we did notice the A/C wasn't very powerful.

Pro : large room, clean and well maintained. Cons: The room was a bit dark ( lighting was not strong enough); The safe inside the room did not work..

From checkin till checkout, the staff and rooms were phenominal. Very spacious and conveniently located for all the landmarks. Great shops and restaurants. So happy to have found this place.
