This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The staff was rude and lacked basic customer service skills. When I arrived, my room was filthy, especially the bathroom. Although they sent a housekeeper to clean it, the condition of the room did not improve. The toilet was still dirty, and the shower had mold and a buildup of grime around the faucet. The room has no windows and poor ventilation. To make matters worse, the bed sheets were stained. When I requested a different room, I was told that I would have to pay for an upgrade. I found this completely unacceptable, given the poor condition of the room I was originally assigned. The breakfast was equally disappointing. It resembled a jail tray rather than a hotel breakfast. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my stay, and unfortunately, Expedia was unable to assist in resolving the issue. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU AVOID STAYING AT THIS PROPERTY

Location is good, but the hotel is old renovated and room are small except the deluxe room.

It was basement level and was smelling like humidity

Loved this place. Rooms were large, beds were large and extremely (!) comfortable. Extra bed was provided to the side of the King bed. Beautiful bamboo, felt like a private resort style room. Breakfast was included and was just ok. This is personal preference, but I don’t like how the eggs are made practically raw, I could’ve said something but anyway that’s just probably a thing that happens a lot in Turkey. They provided Turkish coffee or Nescafé in the morning, also included in the price (at least the way I booked it), super close to everything the grand market, a lot of mosques, a lot of restaurants, I would definitely stay here again.

I had my worst hotel experience in this place, it has no lobby, the so called economy room for $71 has no windows, no AC, no ceiling fan. It is actually a storage. The bathroom has nasty color water as you see in the video, the bathroom has no vent, Front desk in the morning shift is great, but night time front office clerk has terrible attitude, and ready to engage in a fight with the hotel guests.

The standard economy room ate good. DO NOT book at regular economy. Otherwise they will put you in dark room or basement with no windows and very small that you can hardly move. I was suffocating in there till I changed my room.
