很好 Nice place, don't really care for the valet at $50 per day, and the boilers could be up graded expect a Luke warm shower in the morning and in the evening, pool was nice, drinks are $15-25 each at the bar. Nice room.

满意 Most of the front desk staff doesn't wear name tags. I did not feel welcomed upon arriving. When I arrived at the hotel, the valet attendants helped the vehicle behind me before acknowledging me. Front desk clerk didn't greet me when I walked in. I was not told until the day after I checked in that I needed to have my valet ticket stamped by the front desk staff, so I wouldn't be overcharged for valet. I also was not told that the valet charge would be took out of the deposit until I tried to pay after checking out.

一般 The pillowcases were dirty I had to request new ones. The hand towels hanging in the bathroom looked like because they weren’t taken down from the previous guest they weren’t changed by housekeeping because one was dirty. One of the night service desk staff was very unfriendly & wasn’t very helpful. I have always stayed in Hiltons but this was my first time in a Blossom & for as much money as it was & the amount of money valet costs it was totally not worth it. One of be ambient lights in the room kept flickering & going out & back on when it was on for more than an hour. There was toothpaste rings left on the bathroom sink counter.
