STAYAT 大阪心斋桥东 (STAYAT OSAKA SHINSAIBASHI east)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Room was small as expected. Check-in experience was the worst I’ve had while travelling in Japan. The person on the other hand of the self check-in tablet did not have his camera open, he was in a call center, you could hear at least 5 other persons working there, so loud it was hard to understand what he was saying. The other problem, they contacted me to establish when they would come to either fully clean or only change the towels. Well they didn’t execute on the agreement. I wasn’t the one requesting how and when they would come, they did and didn’t refresh any of our four towels. The carpet in the room had stains, marks on the wall and in room ventilation had major dust in it. I wouldn’t recommend this establishment with anyone.

From the lobby to the rooms, the whole place felt calm and relaxing.

We had a difficult time checking in and since it’s a self checkin, there was no one around to help. They have a call button to help but we did not have the nicest people on the other end helping us. After about 20 minutes of trying, we were finally able to checkin. The room itself wasn’t the cleanest compared to all the other places we stayed at but it did have five beds for all of us to sleep in. It was about a ten minute walk to the nearest station and it had lots of convenience stores near by for whatever you needed.

Good location. Close to trains. Price was very reasonable for what you get.

I didn’t like the checkin process

Clean and convenient location

Really clean and nice place!

Only 1 area which could be better is the check in process. We had issue with lodging international ID request until we reached the site. Solving this issue would be perfect.

Our stay was amazing close to 7-11 and other local store and restaurant. All major stores were like 15 mins walk. Enjoyed my stay, very clean and quiet.

Everything was near by
