The room was terrible lots of things broken tv bin and light by bed wiring hanging out the wall very dangerous .View was bad and the room was extremely noisy. Shower was more like a waterfall no soap no towel rail. Would definitely not recommend staying here.

I had an excellent stay. The room was much bigger than I expected, very clean, and comfortable. It was quiet and felt like I had my own space to relax. The staff were polite, friendly, and helpful anytime I needed something. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

L’hôtel est à proximité de tout, la Grande mosquée, le grand bazar etc… Le personnel très accueillant

Vi var heldige og fik opgraderet vores værelse. Generelt er hotel standarden lav i den gamle bydel, men hotellet her var ikke slidt. Rent og god service. Kan anbefales😎

The staff were all very accompanying and made pleasant conversation , they also assisted me in making good sightseeing and eating choices

HanPoint is located in an area that is equally close to many historical sites, parks, The Food Street and public transportation. It is also close to Grand Bazaar. If you enjoy walking, almost everything can be reached within a 20-25 minute walk. The street where the hotel is located is quiet at night. The hotel has an elevator and it worked almost all the time. Overall ,everything is well balanced- location, comfort and convenience.

Overall it was an alright experience but surroundings were quite noisy and not well kept. Most of the staff was nice and helpful.

The property was very nice except that the hot water was very thin and didnt work good for us. Rest everything is very good.
