长野上田站前相铁弗雷萨酒店 (Sotetsu Fresa Inn Nagano-Ueda)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Clean rooms, helpful staff, and breakfast was good with a variety of options.

All the above. Arigato!

Very easy to stay there. Smooth experience. Rooms are neat, clean and quiet. My only wish is that Japanese hotels gave a separate bed sheet instead of only a futon. We get too hot and prefer a single sheet.

We had a nice stay. The front desk staff was very kind. There is a kiosk for check-in and check-out, but desk staff as well. They also have a translation device that was a big help. The train station is directly across the road. We needed to store our luggage after we checked out for a few hours, and they kindly held it. The rooms are small by Western standards, but you just adjust.

The hotel was close to the train station, but it was quiet. The staff was nice. I had a massage which was great. The room was clean and comfortable.

Small rooms but great for solo travelers, the price was affordable and the room was very clean. The location near the train station is convenient.

駅近かで便利なのに静かな環境で満足でした。

Location of property is convenient to everything you need to enjoy your vacation.

Self-check in & check out via a machine made it a quick session.

The hotel is very easy to access from the Shinkansen station without needing to cross any streets. The breakfast was quite good and with variety we find in typical business hotels in Japan.
