Me tocó habitación en planta baja a la calle, los ruidos del exterior (hay un bar a 20 metros) eran muy molestos y también se escuchaba cada vez que otros huéspedes entraban o salían. El lugar estaba limpio, pero con evidentes señales de problemas de humedad (aunque es verdad que no había mal olor); colchón y almohada incómodos. La ubicación estaba limpio buena, cerca de todo!

The only good thing about the property is it is in the city centre and therefore its proximity to key attractions.
Issues with the property;
* room small to fit only a double bed
* Only 2 plug points one of which tv
* Only one window in room which opens to public corridor; no light in room no privacy; very claustrophobic
* Bed side stools very close to head; unsafe
* Bed slat broke on first night; discovered several slats were broken and only taped up; had to change room
* Only one mirror overall. In bathroom
* Shower head and wall hook broken; gushed water out; not sprayed; very uncomfortable; got addressed only after room change
* Water seeped out of shower cubicle; no towel on floor; had to ask for one
* Room had only one towel; had to ask for another for 2 people occupying
* Ants in the room

A great place to stay. It was quiet and clean. Good location, a five minute walk in any direction lead to another interesting area. Very safe a clean city.

Overall a value choice, other than two problems. Expedia says it has daily cleaning. Since the towels were pretty rough, and there were visible stains, we thought it was OK since we would get new towels everyday anyway. Surprisingly, no room cleaning on the next day. Now it came the second problem. When checking with the staff/owner, we were simply told "it is wrong" about the information on Expedia. No apologize, no corrective actions, even no sympathy. She said cleaning is once per 3 days, which we never heard of. We asked if we could get new towels. She refused, saying we should already have towels. So we ended up without towels for the whole stay of 3 nights. Terrible. Oh, the gate would not close itself when you leave it behind, and there are buttons that serve as a bell for one and as a switch for another one. We were shouted as we committed a crime when the gate was not tightly closed in one case, and the doorbell button was touched in another case. Hey, we are the guests, are we?

Check in was terrible. They did not answer questions online and I could not call them because my phone does not have a calling plan. The room was cold and there was apparently no heat available. Their suggestion was just to put more blankets on the bed. There was no hot water kettle, so no way to make coffee or tea. There is no restaurant nearby. The staff were generally unhelpful when asked about anything.

The room was spotless it consisted of a double bed with an on suite bathroom. There was also a TV.
The receptionist, I nick named her Gloria, was very capable and was able to explain all about the area we were situated in. It has had Roman, Moorish and Christian influences. It had narrow streets which led to Cathedrals, mushroom structures and in another direction it was close to a major park. This park has mosaics submitted from lots of Spanish towns.
The Hotel was very close to a number of bars, supermarkets and various shops.
I slept very well there as the hotel was very quiet.
I would book again as I found it's location for that part of Seville was excellent.
