(B&B Hotel München City-Nord)

We had a last minute issue with travel plans and the front desk staff member was very stand offish in helping. He got loud with me even though I was very quiet speaking to him. Ultimately I had to pay for this entire 4-day stay even though we never actually stayed there. On top of that, we saw multiple bugs along with window in the lobby that had me concerned about the cleanliness of the facilities.

Friendly staff, easy check-in

New and clean hotel with parking in garage under the hotel. Easy accessible by car from the A9.

Very small rooms and beds. More of a hostel than hotel

very pleasant and helpful check in staff. all areas were clean . Breakfast was very good too.

The price was great and the location perfect for my stay. Id highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Munich.

I did not have breakfast in the hotel so am umable to comment on this. Staff were lovely and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Exactly what we needed for our couple of days in the city. Very near transport links also.

Above expectations

Clean and comfortable room
