First of all, the owner Mr Sean is a very friendly and helpful person. He allowed us to check in early knowing that I have an elderly mum travelling with us. Thereafter, I was having trouble entering the unit. And he just showed up instead of helping through phone call. Next, the unit was great. Rooms were spacious with seaview for 2 of the rooms. Location was fantastic..just opposite the Mahkota parade mall. Our family enjoyed the stay very much. Would certainly stay here again if we come back to Malacca. Thanks again Mr Sean for your understanding and hospitality. Greatly appreciated!!

Highly recommended for families traveling to Malacca with young kids! The property was exceptionally clean, and the host was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The fantastic amenities—especially the swimming pool—coupled with a prime location near major malls and Jonker Street made everything so convenient. We would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Had a great time staying at this service apartment. Top notch amenities, super clean and Sean, the host has provided a great service. Felt like staying in my own home. Location is also very convenient to all tourist areas. Will be back again.

Nice & Clean 2 bedroom apartment

Clean and comfortable apartment. Had everything we needed. Recommended!

3bhk very well maintained , just across malls and family store, sea facing Clean and very well maintained apartment Extremely clear instructions and constant contact by owner didn’t feel miisssing front-desk

Very clean, spacious & well-maintained too! I was really impressed 👍 Also a convenient location to malls/ shops with a great view of the sea! Only downside is that the area is quite dark so not sure how safe it was although there are security guards and our neighbor upstairs were very noisy.. Please be mindful of others & be quiet

The location is walking distance to Jonker Street. The apartment is clean and check in procedure is easy..

Apartment is very clean and well maintained. My family enjoyed the stay very much.

Spacious, accomodating a family of five very comfortably. Nice pool. Location was ok but there is a very busy road to cross to get to the malls and dining precinct. This may make the location of the accommodation less than ideal for families who have young children in prams, etc. Our host was very helpful and responsive to our needs.
