overall the staff was helpful and one f the best stays I've had so far in Las Vegas. the food was satisfying and was available when needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Property is off of the strip. Check in was a bit slow, seemed the staff had no urgency in an expedited check in process. They took their time between each guest. You must walk through a portion of the smoke filled casino to get to the rooms…we really disliked that. Restaurants were good…but there is no real room service. The only items on the room service menus is for breakfast, nothing else. If you want to eat in the room you can call the restaurant and go pick it up and bring it to your room yourself. The room was nice, perhaps a bit dated. The refrigerator was stocked and if you picked up an item from it, you would be charged. There was no room in the refrigerator for “bring your own” beverages or food items. Also, an airplane bottle of Jack Daniel’s was $20.00 and a 12oz soda was between $9.00 and $11.00. The pools and pool areas were nice. However, the water fountains did not work and the bar did not open till 11:00am.

Room was not clean when we arrived; had to call housekeeping. Then smelled pot in our room/hallway; called security tried to get them to stop it but they did not assist. Asked for another room but hotel did not assist. All around terrible night then did not stay since still smelled pot in hall/room /hotel next morning. They did not refund 3 night resort fee only 2 days. Very disappointed from what was advertised as a 9.0 Wonderful/family. Would not recommend for families.

Beautiful pool areas, with lots of room. Rooms are nice with a great view, at least from our room. Off the strip enough but close to everything. We rented a car so free parking was great and we didn’t mind paying the $20 to park for the day on the strip. We went to Vegas for the Sphere so definitely close enough for that. Great food options at the hotel as well.

Hotel was definitely dated. The bed was one of the worst I have slept in. It was so soft we were sinking. I reserved one night on our way to Zion National Park. Honestly would not stay there again. Would try somewhere else.

Great hotel off the Strip. Because you aren't directly on the strip, you get a fantastic view of the strip! I had a corner room so you could see the entire length of hotels from the room. Pizza Forte on the casino floor has some of the best 'by the slice' pizza I've ever had.
